This could be a run through TOFC/COFC on the Santa Fe in AZ from 1990 with a GP60M and two freshly shopped CSX units.  Looks like the crew painting the GE used a different color of grey and blue than the crew painting the SD45-2.  And don't even mention the different frame and truck colors.

Based on my prototype photos, The Athearn SD is more true to the CSX blue while the Atlas is more like a weathered Conrail blue.  The GE's under frame and truck color reflects one of the trial versions of the paint scheme before they chose black.
