Mainlines complete as far as track laid and turnouts installed.  Need a few more ties installed and drops soldered to the bus.  And then there's the airbrushing and ballasting.  Getting hot now, so work confined to early morning and late afternoon.  And so it goes.

Even though the plywood was leveled, I tweaked it further when the cork was installed.  This is a straight section; I elevated the curves for a slight but visible bank.

This is a section with individual ties glued to the rails and cork.  Every 5th tie has since been spiked.

There are 4 tunnels, the first 2 have been roughed in.  Interesting photo of a train of 89 foot flats "proofing the placement of the portals.  No crashes. Running 60 scale mph.
